1 part Dark Chocolate Cavendish

3 parts lighter VA. (I like Ashton's Brindle for this but have used McClellend's 2010)
2 parts matured bright. (if for nothing else use Stokkbye luxery Curly cut.)
1 part Black Cavendish. (if using Curly Cut do not add extra Cavendish)
2 part Esoterica's Stoneheaven (be carefull with this it is a difficult rub.)

Steam and Stove in prefered fashion. Store for 6 to 8 months.

One pound of Admiral's Choice Golden Burley (from CVS)
One pound of McClelland's 2010 Classic Virginia
3 to 4 ounces straight Perique

The nutty taste of the burley with the sweetness of the virginia are enhanced and kicked up a notch by the addition of the perique. I find this to be an all day smoke. Almost a poor man's Escudo.

50% Cornell & Diehl Star of the East
50% Cornell & Diehl Bayou Night

The Star of the East is heavy on Latakia and the Bayou Night is heavy on Perique. The rest is Virginias, Turkish, and some unflavored black cavendish. As with all C%D tobaks - they need to age at least 6 months after purchase.
